With two decades of experience in the technology industry, Geoff brings a fresh approach to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape and the competitive environment in which SYSPRO customers operate. His passion for excellence provides a great foundation to move SYSPRO USA forward under new leadership.

Geoff has been working within the SYSPRO Group for more than three years and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s overall strategy, sales methodologies, and standards for service excellence.

SYSPRO will continue to improve the service delivery model, but also being completely focused on innovating to future-proof our customers’ businesses,” said Geoff. “We must outsmart the competition and provide the most agile service possible for our customers. Geoff also directly oversaw the development and execution of SYSPRO’s new global PartnerUP Program. The PartnerUP Program outlines the company’s commitment to working closely with a network of partners who share the same vision for simplifying customer success. It also sets the foundation for an environment conducive to partner growth and profitability.
