The solutions and the ideas do not just sit within my immediate team but across the H&H world. Externally, the finance team has been partnering with the capital market, to secure funding and expansion opportunities to support company growth.”

Being passionate about making a positive impact on society, community, and the environment through global value chain and footprint, H&H Group is contributing back to society and to the future of the planet extensively. The H&H Group Mission is about making people healthier and happier so they have always had consumers firmly in their minds. “But I think in such times as we are experiencing right now, and the impact that has into the future we need to increase that focus on our consumers even further,” says Jason. “And that is what we are doing - ensuring they are at the heart of what products we are bringing to market, how we are educating and communicating with our stakeholders and our customers and so forth.” The company’s corporate venture arm – NewH2 is an exciting window into the future of wellness and they have made some strategic investments into personalized nutrition and skincare as well as CBD, and plant-based infant formula. “The technology that some of these growth businesses have created has huge value and we need to move with these trends and evolve them further to benefit our customers,” says Jason.
