Our vacation policy is to take the time you need while being accountable to our customers and team members,” says Guy. “We have always provided our employees freedom in regards to our work from anywhere policy that allows team to work from anywhere. We ask that they be productive, effective and communicate with our operations team.” Before, Covid Peloton had already been leveraging a robust technology platform to support 100% virtual programs and projects, including Zoom. Once Covid required us to shift to all programs and projects going virtual, it was a fast and seamless transition for employees and the team. Numerous customers shared how impressed and thankful they were that we could so rapidly and effectively transition onsite projects working with their staff to virtual projects with customers and the employees working virtually.

Transparency: “Our culture at Peloton is one based on transparency and inclusion. I share openly at monthly all company meetings financials, sales, delivery, hiring and other relevant information. My approach has been based on respect for our outstanding team. I believe that by sharing successes and challenges across all aspects of our business all employees can work together to support each other and the overall success of the firm,” adds Guy. “I encourage everyone to share the facts and related results good and bad. By having a culture based on transparency all employees have a robust understanding of the state of the business.”
