We have a different level of engagement in our team and this results in better quality products and services being delivered.” For the steadfast leader, team is important and cannot be undervalued. “It’s hard to find someone who you can work with, develop a dream and then trust that they will be with you for the ride,” explains Daniel. “It took me a long time to find my co-founder and CTO, Henning Luther, and longer to build the trust that we can work together, but the partnership between the two of us forms the foundation of our company.”

Today Testifi is offering state-of-the-art tools and processes to integrate testing deeply with their customer’s development pipeline, to make quality a true driver for innovation and speed. Testing and quality become the currency of the development process where every element, every feature, every requirement is linked and covered by our reusable test blocks.” The company ensures that the responsibility for features is clear and transparent, once a feature is done it stays done, and there is ZERO Tolerance for failing tests – and via innovative dashboards anyone can see the status of the system at any time.

“We have to focus on innovation and constant improvement. We already have systems for living documentation and test automation at scale that are not comparable to existing solutions, plus a deep integration with the customer toolchains,” explains Daniel. “Digitalisation is hard, it must be done right, with quality baked in from the start. We have to create the means to enable our customers to achieve this success, promoting and explaining in order to enable.” Continuing to show value and consistently delivering high calibre results is what keeps them relevant.
