Reliable and Efficient Solutions

Anthony (Tony) Braddock, President and CEO of Loch Harbour Group (LHG) believes that the most important factors involved with the rise of the company are both people and ideology. Of these two factors, people are the most important in developing the corporation from the ground up. He is a steadfast leader and remains an active and enthusiastic participant in the organization and believes in the practice of management by objectives. His policies, management style, and generous employee benefit program are responsible for hiring highly qualified personnel, all leading the growth and success of the company. This is a large part of his overall vision. Another part of his vision is innovation. As an innovator, he believes that factors such as those mentioned lead to incentivized approval and advancements in technology to bear on today’s challenges in various sectors of the private and public areas of our economy. Patience, perseverance, focus, and dedication have all been instrumental in moving the company forward to its position today. Also, in no small measure, Tony’s willingness to take calculated and measured risk, where and when appropriate, has been a significant contributor.

"LHG uses its expertise to streamline business processes, improve organizational performance, achieve seamless process automation, and optimize service delivery"

The Loch Harbour Group’s company motto, “Principled Innovation,” encapsulates Tony’s focus and direction. The breadth of the company’s activities provide a snapshot of the diverse functions and capabilities. Its success is a result of program execution, timely solutions, and within budget. This practice and proven corporate capability has resulted in Loch Harbour consistently being among the top 10 service providers on the GSA’s leading IDIQ’S, resulting in its growth. The company has excelled to higher limits, breaching higher NAICS Codes as a result, all of which is a testament to his leadership.

Loch Harbour continues developing, refining and implementing processes and procedures throughout its well-defined business model. This approach has earned the company an ISO 9001:2015 certification and being appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services. All projects are supported by a detailed project management plan and implemented processes, which mirror accepted principles in the PMI’s PMBOK. This approach has also facilitated success in planning and executing complex programs where considerable risk is present. As a result, the company has been awarded the outstanding contractor of the year by the Undersecretary of Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In addition, numerous awards were presented to corporate employees for their outstanding support to DHS. Similar accolades were given by the Service-Disabled Veteran Association in past years as an emerging SDV. As an example, Loch Harbour’s task order with the United States Army provides instructional services for soldiers in various Military Operational Specialties (MOS). To support this, a management plan was developed, and its merits presented to and approved by our customer. Personnel qualifications requirements were extremely narrow, which required employees to complete a stringent and time- constrained qualification process. This requirement was applicable to all personnel on boarded for the contract in this remote area. Additional requirements for training had variable needs that could have increased additional MOS skill areas. The basic task grew from its earlier inception as provided within the management plan. Its innovative approach to both platform and hands on training achieved outstanding results, adding to the program’s success, and complete satisfaction of the customer.

In calendar year 2020, the Loch Harbour Group is on the leading edge of new technology in both cyber security and logistics sustainment. They will be the hallmark of the company’s plans moving forward. Both programs were developed through the leadership of Tony. These programs will permit tools to be used by customers, which will improve weapon systems support, increase operational readiness and enhance security while minimizing costs. In addition, these tools provide our customers with a secure and economic way ahead in the 2020-time frame and beyond.
