Dr. Kenston J. Griffin decided to establish DreamBuilders Communication, Inc. because he had a dream! The Founder and CEO knew he wanted to provide a unique and collaborative professional development experience, but he also acknowledged that he could not do it alone. Over two decades ago he established DreamBuilders Communication, Inc. (DBC) and since then Dr. Griffin and his team have continued to utilize their gifts and talents daily. Within its four (4) divisions: Corporate, Education, Government and Non-Profit Organizations, DBC persists in increasing their organization’s overall advancement, enhance academic performance, provide evidence-based outcomes, and strengthen the mission. “DBC was developed due to the gaps in organization’s professional development. It was identified that people were motivated, but did not have the tools and strategies, which not only alters culture, but behavior as well,” says Dr. Griffin. “It is the aim of DBC to first properly evaluate an organization’s gaps and pain points to identify specific and strategic goals, which would ultimately propel them to their desired next level.”
